AP Race Clinic – Luton

Ten swimmers from Harwich, Dovercourt & Parkeston Swimming Club attended the AP Breaststroke Race Clinic in Luton.

The day included three focused sessions:

  • Strength & conditioning gym session
  • Psychology workshop
  • Pool session led by Adam Peaty

This was a fantastic opportunity for our swimmers to learn from one of the greatest breaststrokers of all time. They returned inspired and motivated, with valuable insights into technique, mindset, and race preparation.
